This is some research i found which shows how a mother took her little girl to the skate park thinking she wasn't going to fit in and how skateboarding is only for boys. The mother took her daughter to the skate park and after a few attempts at going down the ramps, a boy came over and guided her through the steps until she was able to skate comfortably at the park. This boy definitely pleased the mum and she was so honored with what had happened, this is a story which backs up my evidence that skateboarders aren't always bad people.
